BabsonARTS continues its mini debut season with folk rock Amercana singer/songwriter and Babson alum Jamie Kent (’08). This is Kent’s first performance following his successful tour at the SWSW music festival.

Kent’s music takes on a folk rock and Americana influence. Kent’s sound is created with influence from modern artists like Ray Lamontagne and Amos Lee, along with musical legends Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty. Kent’s many accomplishments began with the release of his debut LP in 2011. He has played on the tours of Huey Lewis & The News, The Wood Brothers, Marc Broussard, and Ellis Paul.
