Description

The library explores the life and achievements of Mary Baker Eddy, a New England woman who defied conventional 19th century thinking to become an influential religious leader, publisher, teacher and businesswoman. The museum also houses the famous Mapparium, a three-story stained-glass globe, opened in 1935, which allows visitors to stand in the center, giving them a unique look at how ideas can inspire individuals and change the world.
