Named after a small town in Italy, chef Joe Bono's establishment brings something new to the North End. The Italian eatery features an open kitchen, wood paneling, a marble bar, a mocha tin ceiling and nine flat screen TVs. The food at Benevento's is authentically Italian with a wide menu, but pizza and appetizers is what the restaurant does best. Though there's no dessert menu, customers are sometimes treated with a glass of creamy limoncello, frothed to perfection.
