Since 2005, Ashmont Grill has brought a cup-full of culinary cheer to
Dorchester’s Peabody Square with its wallet-friendly menu of modern
tavern cuisine. Famous for Trainwreck French Fries and Grass Fed Burgers
– guests can also be found enjoying Applewood Smoked Baby Back Ribs
or Savory House Meatloaf, to lighter fare like Pan Seared Miso Salmon,
Homemade Pita & Hummus or family style Farm Vegetables.
Smiling staff, creative cocktails and homey desserts baked daily,
like our Sticky Toffee Pudding (featured on Food Network), make this a
must-try destination in the city.
The Grill’s welcoming atmosphere of light, local art and conviviality
has garnered legions of fans from the neighborhood and beyond.
Chef-Owner Chris Douglass lives nearby and has obviously identified and
successfully filled a need. We serve dinner nightly, brunch on Saturday
& Sunday and lunch on Friday.
The Grill’s customers are as diverse as its menu; and there is no
better place to absorb the culture of Dorchester than at its
curved, cozy bar or on its intimate landscaped urban patio.
