PMC Kids Rides draw young cyclists in to the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge (PMC) mission: raising money for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund. The program engages youth in philanthropy and teaches them the value of working for the benefit of others. The ride also promotes athletic fitness and physical activity among youth.
