Join the Crew virtual field trip: Learn about life at sea on
USS Constitution first-hand!
From recruitment to daily activities to battle, students will experience a
sailor’s life in 1812 and compare that to life in the U.S. Navy today.
Make a Captain’s Hat: Craft an
1812-era captain’s hat out of construction paper and learn about sailor’s
uniforms.
Sea Superstitions: Do you have a
good luck charm? USS Constitution sailors had their superstitions, too. In this
program, find out what brought them good luck and bad luck at sea.
The price of this event is $10 per student. All programs are
presented on Zoom Meeting.
