Prepared by Culinary Director Elliot Williams, 110 Grill’s Valentine’s specials include lobster bisque, a rich savory blend of lobster, brandy, sherry and cream with claw and knuckle lobster meat; seared North Atlantic salmon with sautéed cremini mushrooms, roasted red peppers, baby spinach and grape tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce, served over jasmine rice; and 28-day aged Cajun marinated ribeye grilled and finished with a BBQ butter and served with chorizo risotto; as well as Williams’ signature red velvet cake for dessert.
