This winter vacation, experience USS Constitution in a new way—as a recruit on her historic gun crew! In this family-friendly program, you can learn about the tasks and skills required to make USS Constitution a successful warship. Learn the mechanics of cannons in the Museum and put your gun crew to the test by firing an Alka-seltzer cannon. Then, on board USS Constitution, work together to pass powder between the decks, run a gun drill and visit behind-the-scenes spaces on the ship. Learn about Constitution‘s mighty firepower in this active, fun and educational program!

This program is free to the public and space is limited.
