Join Stephanie's during Marathon Weekend to experience the exclusive Marathon Carbo-Load Menu, beginning Friday, April 12 until Monday, April 15, from 5 p.m.–midnight. Even if you aren’t participating in the race, you can still partake in the festivities. The menu highlights dishes such as spaghetti & meatballs featuring spicy pork meatballs, pomodoro and parmesan, and rigatoni with prosciutto, asparagus, garlic and parmesan cream. Last but not least, the polenta made with mascarpone polenta, spiced sausage ragu and escarole is sure to satisfy runners and viewers alike.
