On Wednesday, February 14, Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar located at Boston Landing is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a la carte specials sure to make anyone fall in love. Curated by Executive Chef Jonathan Schick, the a la carte specials will be available in addition to the regular dinner menu.
Guests can choose from first course specials such as Duck Confit with cherry mostardo, frisee and honey roasted pistachios ($17), Golden Tomato Gratin with herbed goat cheese, broken vinaigrette and brioche toast ($15), Avocado and Crab Salad with preserved lemon vinaigrette, mache and chorizo aioli ($18) or Truffle Roasted Asparagus with sunny side up duck egg, wild winter mushrooms and aged balsamic ($18). Second course options include Beet Risotto with tarragon and honeyed goat cheese ($28), Pan Seared Halibut with baby heirloom carrots, arugula and fingerling potatoes ($38), Roasted Rack of Lamb with caramelized winter vegetables, pickled cherry Taza Chocolate demi-glace ($36) or Grilled Black Angus Filet Mignon with celery root, asparagus and dark roast coffee ($45). End the night with a sweet treat special curated by Executive Chef.
