The annual Party in the Park fundraiser attracts 700 of Boston’s finest women (and a few brave gents) who flaunt their most elegant headgear and attire at the stylish afternoon soiree, held under a tent on the grounds overlooking Jamaica Pond. Long considered the city’s “Must Attend Fundraiser,” the Party in the Park luncheon is the signature event for the Emerald Necklace Conservancy. To date, the luncheon has raised over $8 million for the Justine Mee Liff Fund, which supports restoration projects in the Emerald Necklace park system.
