On December 6, Legal Harborside will host a four-plus-course Veuve Clicquot champagne dinner with Elena Giammarco of Moët Hennessy USA. Established in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot-Muiron, Veuve Clicquot produces luxury champagne designed to pair with all variations of fine cuisine. Along with the design of bountiful vineyards, Veuve Clicquot’s elaborate harvesting and winemaking process is what produces the singular style, power, complexity and definitive flavor.
