Description

Celebrate opening day of the Boston Harbor Islands National and State Park with a FREE trip to Georges or Spectacle Island! Have a picnic, take a tour of historic Fort Warren, hike the trails, explore the beach, or simply enjoy the views of scenic Boston Harbor.


The ferry to Georges Island departs from Long Wharf North in downtown Boston. Tickets are first-come, first-served and limited to parties of 25 or fewer. Tickets become available starting at 9:00 am the day of the event at the Boston Harbor Cruises Ferry Center. Arrive early, as boats will sell out fast! Boats leave hourly starting at 10:00 am.
