CeltiCare Health to Host ‘Get Healthy Fair’ at Franklin Park Zoo

Event to Provide Visitors with Access to Local Health Resources

DORCHESTER, MA, July 30, 2015—CeltiCare Health will host a health fair event at the Franklin Park Zoo on Saturday, August 1 in partnership with Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center.

The Get Healthy Fair will provide community members with the opportunity to improve their health and well-being through direct access to several important local health care organizations and resources.

Aligned with CeltiCare Health’s commitment to provide high-quality affordable care to all of its communities, this event will be free for the first 100 visitors, and all Get Healthy Fair visitors will have reduced admission rate if they bring in event flyer, which can be downloaded at CeltiCareHealthPlan.com/Get-Healthy-Fair.
