South End’s beloved enoteca Coppa from James Beard Award-winning chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette will host a late-night pop-up on Monday, July 27 featuring Further Foodstuffs chefs Dan Amighi and Patrick Gaggiano. Enjoy four-courses for $95.94/pp including beverage pairings, tax and gratuity.
This modern pop-up will highlight foraged and locally sourced ingredients encouraging friends around a table to “Come hungry. Call a cab.” The meal will begin with antipasti that includes hand-made bread, a crudo, and vegetable-driven bites, moving to entrees like a Wood-oven Boston Mackerel with Grain and Sunflower Stew and Summer Squash Tsukemono.
