On Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 Heritage of Sherborn located at 33 N. Main Street in Sherborn MA is holding its first wine dinner featuring the all Italian wines of Castello Banfi. Owners Jen and Josh Ziskin will be joined by national ambassador Luciano Castiello for an unforgettable evening filled with wine, food, friends and fun.

The evening will start at 6:30PM when guests sit down for a five-course wine dinner perfectly paired with all Italian wines from Castello Banfi. Guests will dine on locally sourced dishes from Executive Chef Josh Ziskin including: Pork and Liver Pâté with Duck Salami with Gooseberries and Tomato Jam; Sangiovese Braised Local Chicken with Onion and Mushroom; and Sirloin with Farm Potatoes and Sautéed Greens and Salsa Verde. Luciano Castiello will lead guests through the entertaining evening as he describes the nuances of each Castello Banfi wine paired with the course. Diners will sip on his expert selections including: Cantine Maschio Dei Cavalier; Castello Banfi Fontarelle; Castello Banfi ASKA; Castello Banfi Brunello; and Castello Banfi Rosa Regale.
