In honor of Independence Day, The Elephant Walk in Boston’s South End neighborhood, is launching its new ongoing rib special, beginning Wednesday July 1st, 2015. Guests can sit back and relax while enjoying this summer special, knowing that it will be in their hearts and on the menu long after July 4th.
Every evening during dinner service, Executive Chef Nasda De Monteiro will
offer Sesame-Cider Ribs ($14), grilled St. Louis spareribs with
Vermont cider and sesame glaze, sautéed scallion corn and cucumber pickles, in
addition to regular menu items. No rack of ribs is complete without a
refreshing beer; choose from Elephant Walk’s extensive list of specialty beers
including Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA ($8) and Cape Ann
Brewing Fisherman’s Brew Amber Lager ($7). The Wine List also
has summer favorites such as the Riesling
Trocken (dry), Robert Weil 2013 ($13) and the Rosé "Touraine", François Chidaine 2014 ($10). In
addition, fresh new cocktails are available like the Cucumber Martini, made
with Crop Organic cucumber vodka and Dolin bland vermouth, as well as the Strawberry
Mojito with white rum, muddled strawberry, mint, lime and house
rhubarb simple syrup. No matter how guests choose to celebrate, Elephant Walk
is the go-to place to get sparks flying.
For more information or to make a
reservation please visit www.elephantwalk.com or call (617) 247-1500. This ongoing special will
exclude July 4th, 2015, as The Elephant Walk is closed in
