Pan Mass Challenge events have an unwavering commitment to finding a cure for cancer. Since its start in 1980, the PMC has raised $455,000,000.00 for cancer research and cancer care. Although each individual rider has a personal reason for taking part in the event, they are strongly united in their cause…cure cancer. The monies raised from the PMC rides account for over half of the total funding for the Jimmy Fund each year. On June 28, kids in the Greater Newburyport Area will continue this established tradition of bike riding and fundraising for Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund for the fourth year. Last year, 29 PMC Kids Rides together raised over $632,000.00! Make the commitment to join us because you want to help cure cancer! This ride is dedicated to all of our loved ones whose lives were cut short by cancer and to those who continue to inspire us as they live with cancer. The Greater Newburyport PMC Kids Ride will bring us "closer by the mile” to a cure!

9:00-9:45am: Check In/Registration (pick up t shirts, water bottles, bike numbers)
9:45-10:00am: Opening Ceremony/group photo/rider warm up.
10:00-11:00am: Kids ages 10-13 Blaze a Trail on Clipper City Rail Trail!
10:30 am-11:00 am Obstacle course for 3 wheelers
11:00am-12:00pm: Kids ages 4-9 take to the Clipper City Rail Trail
10:00am-1:00 pm: Fun at Cashman Park. Enjoy music provided by DJ Mark Watson!
