Troquet on South, Boston’s premiere destination for modern French cuisine, has announced a Beaujolais and Cassoulet dinner on November 21, 2019 from 5–10 p.m. In France, the third Thursday in November is marked as “Beaujolais Nouveau Day,” which celebrates the release of the new Beaujolais wine at 12:01 a.m. and is often accompanied by festivals, music, fireworks and parties throughout the country. Embracing its French roots, Troquet is bringing the traditional French fête of the 2019 Beaujolais release to Boston!


Offered by the glass or the bottle, Beaujolais is a French wine packed with fruity flavors that is lively and easy to drink. Troquet’s executive chef Tyler Stout also prepares a classic cassoulet, a slow-cooked French casserole available in the dining room or the bar. The regular à la carte menu is available as well.  Reservations for this once-a-year event are highly encouraged for anyone interested in the dining room; however, the bar is first come, first serve.
