New England’s favorite outdoor dining experience, the Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms, continues to impress guests this summer with some of the region’s best chefs in an intimate, multi-course farm-to-table dinner featuring fresh ingredients grown on-site by the Smolak team. On August 21, 2019, join Chef Anthony Caturano of Tonno/Prezza for some delicious Italian food as he shows off a multi-course meal. For appetizers, guests can enjoy an octopus salad crostini from Tonno Restaurant and melon prosciutto crostini from Prezza Restaurant. Following the apps, guests can indulge into a yummy first course of bluefin tuna crudo with Smolak Farm chive oil and cucumber. The next course is crispy zucchini flower with Smolak Farm roasted tomatoes, followed by short cut rigatoni “Genovese” with stewed Smolak Farm onions and beef, and grilled pork chop with Smolak Farm peaches and honey polenta, ending with a roasted Smolak Farm plum crisp with homemade Smolak vanilla ice cream.  

On August 28, 2019, Chef Stephen Coe of Matadora takes over Pine Grove, presenting guests with tastes of tapas. The Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms takes place every Wednesday evening through August 28, 2019, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the farm located in North Andover, Massachusetts.
