First up, Pauli’s will be celebrating National French Fry Day on July 13th, 2019 with a month long special: the Buffalo Chicken Fries, which includes a bed of crispy French fries topped with buffalo chicken fingers, and drizzled with a blue cheese dressing for $8.99. On July 17th, 2019, Pauli’s will mark National Hot Dog Day with a featured special: the Big Country. The Big
Country consists of four grilled hot dogs topped with Pauli’s own country relish, made with yellow mustard,
mayo, pickles, chopped onion, and black pepper. A garnish of onion and bacon bits are sprinkled on top and
served on a warm 12-inch sub roll. You can purchase the Big Country for $13.99. For those interested in a
taste of the Big Country, guests can opt for the Country Dog, a regular sized hot dog with the works of the Big
Country for $3.99.
