On July 17, 2019, Pauli’s marks National Hot Dog Day with a featured special: the Big Country. The Big Country consists of four grilled hot dogs topped with Pauli’s own country relish, made with yellow mustard, mayo, pickles, chopped onion and black pepper. A garnish of onion and bacon bits are sprinkled on top and served on a warm 12-inch sub roll. You can purchase the Big Country for $13.99.
