Boston’s Best Health Club + Boston’s Best Day Spa have partnered together again to bring you a summer series of detoxifying FLOW at G2O.
Join EverybodyFights Trainer Laura Mucci for an immersive and restorative FLOW yoga class inside the G2O Salt Cave every Wednesday evening this summer. This small group class focuses on deep breaths while in the only Himalayan salt cave in Boston, which is said to increase your mood, energy and respiratory health. Bring your yoga mat, water and athletic apparel. Guests have access to locker rooms and showers.
Classes are $50 each and begin Wednesday, July 17 and take place every Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. through August 21. (The Salt Cave Halotherapy service at G2O is normally $45 for a 45 min. service, class attendees enjoy the benefits of the Halotherapy service plus a therapeutic 60 minute yoga class with one of the best instructors in Boston.) There are only nine spots per class, so book ahead because classes fill up quickly!
*Yoga mats are not provided, you are required to bring your own.*
About the class: FLOW is part of the EverybodyFights five-part class series based on a real boxer's training camp. FLOW is an hour of yoga, stretching, mindfulness, deep breathing and meditation designed to help you recover and restore.
About the G2O Salt Cave: Breathing in the salt air and negative ions in the cave not only helps increase mood and energy, but also cleanses and detoxifies your respiratory system. The natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of the salt help reduce stress, provide relief for sinus and respiratory ailments such as allergies or colds and may help improve skin conditions.
For any questions, please reach out to Laura at email@example.com.
For those attending the class, you must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to get settled in the locker rooms. Due to limited space, only your yoga mat and water are allowed in the Salt Cave with you. Once class begins, the door will be closed, and in order to maintain the restorative FLOW there are no interruptions.
Valet parking is available across the street at the Lenox Hotel for $29.
