Chef/owner Tiffani Faison’s award-winning barbecue restaurant, Sweet Cheeks Q, hosts a special Yappy Hour event on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. The evening benefits MSCPA-Angell, one of the country’s leading non-profit organizations dedicated to protecting animals and preventing animal cruelty.

The event takes place in Sweet Cheeks Q's beer garden and patio, where Yappy Hour attendees can bring their dogs and enjoy both drinks and delicious bites for dogs and their owners. Homemade vegetarian canine treats prepared by Pastry Chef Dee Steffen Chinn are avaialbel, while dog owners and all attendees can enjoy a complimentary Biscuit Bar with honey butter, strawberry jam and pimento cheese. The restaurant’s full a la carte dinner menu is also available for purchase, along with a refreshing draft cocktail from Tito’s Handmade Vodka. For each donation made at the door for MSPCA-Angell, attendees will receive a complimentary drink ticket. There are also some fun Tito’s branded dog prizes (such as leashes and bowls) raffled off and for suggested donations. Tito’s Handmade Vodka will match donations made at the event up to $500. 

MSCPA-Angell brings adoptable dogs onsite and there are some fun party favors for both dogs and owners to enjoy.

Sweet Cheeks Q donates a portion of the evening’s proceeds to MSPCA-Angell. In addition to making donations at the door, guests can also give back through the purchase of menu items and raffle tickets.

Reservations for Sweet Cheeks Q’s Yappy Hour are not required.
