Troquet on South, Boston’s premiere destination for modern French cuisine, has announced a “Lobster Roll and Rosé Tasting” event on July 15, 2019.  Located on 107 South Street in Boston’s Leather District, Troquet is embracing the summer season with New England’s favorite dish and expertly pairing it with a rosé tasting, showcasing a diversity of styles and varietals for any palate.

Guests that partake in the dinner can enjoy seasonally inspired dishes by Troquet’s Executive Chef Tyler Stout, starting with a watermelon salad and followed by the showstopper, the lobster roll with fresh New England meat atop a grilled bun. The meal finishes with a strawberry shortcake for dessert. Sommelier and owner Chris Campbell is on hand to walk guests through the six rosé wines accompanying the dishes.
