On Saturday, June 8, participants can get in the PR/DE spirit at The Revolution Hotel with classes and a party hosted by Boston’s fitness and lifestyle brand, B/SPOKE. Led by instructor Kara Lennon, TRAIN X classes are offered at both 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., followed by an after-party with refreshing drinks, light bites and a live DJ. With the Revolution Hotel on the parade route in the South End, it’s a fun and easy way to commence the PR/DE festivities.
B/SPOKE’s newest class, TRAIN X, is a high-intensity cardio workout that blends the best elements of TRAIN with an exciting new Total Body HIIT section, half on-the-beat and half off-the-beat of the music. A ticket to the event includes one TRAIN X class, as well as light bites and refreshments and a cash bar for alcoholic beverages. A percentage of ticket sales are donated to BAGLY, a youth-led, adult-supported social support organization committed to social justice, and creating, sustaining and advocating for programs, policies and services for the LGBTQ+ youth community
