Come learn about the Boston Smart Utilities program, an interdepartmental initiative led by the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) aimed toward developing strategies for more sustainable, resilient, equitable and innovative utility services in the City of Boston.
The discussion focuses on the two implementation tools of the program:
(1) The Smart Utilities Policy for Article 80 Development Review
(2) The Smart Utility Standards
Also learn how to use the Smart Utilities Checklist to submit the requested information during the Article 80 Development Review process.
These sessions are tailored to Real Estate Developers, Permitting Consultants, Architects and Engineers who currently are or will be undergoing the BPDA Article 80 Development Review process.
