Starting at 5 p.m., Executive Chef Patrick Engage invites guests to enjoy sumo stew and authentic ramen which guests can pair with the Japanese-inspired beer and cocktails. Beat Brew Hall streams the annual Nihon Sumo Kyokai Sumo Wrestling Tournament on the No-No Room’s projector. Plus, guests can enjoy beats by Saucy Lady who provides the soundtrack for the night.
