On Saturday, February 9, Beat Brew Hall is teaming up with Battery Steele Brewing in Portland, Maine to host an exclusive launch party for Flume Double IPA, marking its first-ever debut in Massachusetts.

From noon–4 p.m. and again from 7–10 p.m., beer enthusiasts and novices alike can stop by Harvard Square’s newest brew hall to meet the Battery Steele crew and celebrate the state’s newest brew, Flume DIPA, a blend of traditional English malts combined with loads of wheat and oats for a soft, clean malt profile. Battery Steele hop this beer intensely, imparting huge notes of tropical fruit, citrus and pine.

The Battery Steele team is also be on-hand with swag giveaways and a variety of other beers making the trip from Portland, which is also be available on tap for the first time in Massachusetts, including:
