For one night only, Saltie Girl is taking reservations for a special Valentine’s Day dinner. Guests can dine on a prix fixe meal for $115, with seatings available at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Dinner starts with the mock oyster, followed by a deconstructed bluefin tuna tartare and a pan-roasted black bass. Entrée options include the Creekstone Farms 28-day dry-aged sirloin with pava potatoes, smoked spinach, foie gras bordelaise and butter-poached Maine lobster with winter squash tortellini, thumbelina carrots and pistachio crumble. Guests can end with honey truffles and milk chocolate gelato. Caviar, oysters and select menu items are be available in addition to the tasting menu.
