This Valentine’s Day, guests can enjoy flavorful specials, prepared by MET Restaurant Group Culinary Director Justin Winters. Appetizers include the beet salad and fontina fonduta, a melted fontina with roasted garlic, brown butter asparagus and a fried egg. Entrée features include the duck confit with braised Tuscan kale, farro and sour cherries; and red wine-braised osso bucco with creamy polenta, red cabbage agrodolce and baby carrots. Cap the night with the panna cotta with vanilla cream, toasted almonds, raspberries and salted caramel. All specials are available in addition to the regular dinner menu.
