Figo, a Chef Brian Poe and Chef Marc Orfaly pop-up, brings their classic Italian flavors to Bukowski Tavern for a one-night only pop-up event happening February 5 from 5–10 p.m. Bukowski Tavern transforms from the local Cambridge joint that we all know and love, to an old-school Italian restaurant complete with red and white checkered table cloths and chianti bottles on the table.

The menu for the evening features Italian favorites, with a Poe and Orfaly touch. To start, choose from seafood favorites such as char-grilled octopus, calamari, mussels marinara and clams oreganata or veggies like crispy Brussels sprouts, escarole Caesar and the classic Italian chophouse salad. Move onto the pasta course featuring Pomodoro con fedilini, gulf shrimp farfalle, clams linguine and Sicilian-style spaghetti. In the mood for something a bit meatier? Bite into the braised rabbit lasagna hunters-style, sliced pepper steak, short rib pizzaiola and more.
