On Thursday, February 14, 2019, Boston’s premier waterfront dining destination, ReelHouse, offers a very special Valentine’s Day menu that is sure to impress foodies of all ages. Culinary Director Chef Marc Orfaly’s recent James Beard House dinner menu is presented in a special four-course prix fixe format.
Dinner standouts, the roasted Chantenay carrot Wellington served with a puff pastry, duxelles, carrot jus and baby vegetables and Chef Marc Orfaly’s award-winning dish at the 2018 Great American Seafood Cook-Off, the “Deconstructed New England Clam Bake,” featuring littleneck clams, mussels, smoked chorizo, local corn, potatoes, fresh peas and butter-poached lobster are sure to please. Guests should also save room for dessert which includes the sage pot du crème, molton chocolate cake and the apple tart for two.
