On Monday,
December 10th, 2018 Ledger Restaurant
& Bar
will host a Feast of the Seven Fishes, with acclaimed local chefs each
creating a course to celebrate the time-honored Italian tradition. Also known
as Festa dei Sette Pesci, the evening will begin with hors d’oeuvres at
5:30pm. Following the cocktail reception, guests will want to save room
for the seven-course pre-fix menu that features multiple courses of fish and
seafood dishes with a classic Italian dessert to finish. To compliment
the night, guests can enjoy a special live performance from saxophone player
Michael “Tune” Antunes.
The all-star lineup
includes Chef Colin Lynch of Bar Mezzana, Chef Michael
Serpa of Select Oyster Bar, Chef Anthony
Caturano of Tonno and Prezza, Chef Tony Susi of RIPASSO, Chef Dante de Magistris of Dante and il Casale, Chefs Jay Silva
and Matt O’Neil of The Blue Ox, Chef
Daniel Gursha and Pastry Chef Michelle Boland of Ledger. This exclusive dinner
will be sure to create memories for many holiday seasons to come. The Feast of
the Seven Fishes evening costs $185 per person and all proceeds go to
Chefs Cycle, a one of a kind
fundraising endurance event featuring chefs and members of the culinary
community which supports No Kid Hungry’s work to end childhood
hunger in Massachusetts and across the US.
