Alan Cumming seems to be up for anything. Well known for his Tony Award-winning Emcee in Cabaret, and his ongoing role as host of PBS's Masterpiece Mystery, Cumming has also hosted the Tony Awards, designed a perfume, worked with Stanley Kubrick, voiced a Smurf and appeared in a JAY-Z video. The versatile actor, singer, author and activist thrilled his Sanders Theatre audience in his first Celebrity Series of Boston appearance last season and returns with his new cabaret show, Legal Immigrant.
