Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior (1981) is the second film within the critically acclaimed Mad Max franchise. The George Miller film portrays the tale of a group of settlers in the post-apocalyptic Australian outback as Max Rockatansky (Mel Gibson) defends both himself, and his new-found community, to escape attack by a band of vicious marauders.
